How to fix a Facebook account temporarily locked.

If you have created a page that impersonates a person or entity, it will be locked or even closed without warning. And a user get a Facebook account locked issue without getting any  error of a wrong message or misrepresentation.

Guidelines to fix Facebook account locked or hacked issue

Solution 1: Submitting an Appeal

If due to any misunderstanding, you think your profile might have been locked, you can submit an appeal to Facebook, stating your clarification.

• You can see the steps to recover your Facebook account locked using the Facebook appeal.
• Go to the Facebook login page and login in with your username and password.
• Enter your login email address and password.
• Type in the full name you registered at the time of registration
• Upload an ID and click the send button

Solution 2: Wait for 48-96 hours and clear cache

• It is the advice of experts that you should not try to fiddle with locked Facebook accounts.
• Usually, Facebook reactivates the account after a couple of days, so it is not advisable to make extra attempts to unlock your account.
• After 2-3 days, open your web browser, clear the cache, cookies, and history and then try signing in again.
• If you make immediate attempts after seeing that your account has been locked, the situation might become worse.
• If your Facebook account does not get unlocked within 3 to 4 days, then most probably, your account was suspended because of suspicious activities.

 Solution 3: Check your identity

When you have waited for enough, and now you want to get into action, you need to verify your authorization on the Facebook account. To do so, you need to do the following.

• Go to the Facebook page and then subsequently on the verification process.
• Type in your username, phone number, or email address associated with this Facebook account
• You then receive a 6-digit code sent to your phone or the email address.
• After entering the new code, you need to make a new password and re-type the same which solve Facebook account  hacked.

Solution 4: Trusted Contacts

If your Facebook account hacked, you could use your trusted contacts for recovering your Facebook account. Follow the steps mentioned below.

• Go to the Facebook identification page
• Enter your credentials to find your account and then click search.
• Next, click on No longer have access to these.
• Enter your new email address and type in again.
• Click on reveal my trusted contacts.
• After you type in your friend’s name, a set of instructions is sent, which is the code.

Ask them to send the code to you, after which you need to type in that code to regain access to your account.
