  • To do this, go to the Chrome profile picture on the top-right cornet of the Google Chrome and then press on the Manage People.
  •  In the pop-up window, choose the Add Person option, enter the username and password in order to get an access of the Google account.  
  • Now, turn on the offline mode in your Google Docs and check if it is working or not.

Do Not Use the Chrome Incognito Mode-If user has opened the Google drive offline the incognito mode then it is always advised  turn it off. 

Updating Your Chrome Web Browser- The first thing to do is to go to the Settings section on the Chrome browser and then user need to go to the About Google Chrome section. 

  • Here, the web browser will automatically search for all the new updates and will start to update itself.
  • Once the process of update is completed then you can try using your Google Docs. Also remove All the Unnecessary Cache Files from Your Chrome on your device.
